General Instruction for IIUI Jobs 2022

1. IIUI reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions, shortlist the candidates and reject any/all applications/advertisements or post(s) without assigning any reason.
2. Interested candidates can apply ONLINE via the link www.hrm.iiu.edu.pk. Applicants are required to deposit the Job Processing fee (Rs. 500/- for BPS-07 to BPS-11), (Rs. 1,000/-for BPS-14 to BPS-16), (Rs. 1,500/- for BPS-17), (Rs. 3,000/- for BPS-18 & 19) and (Rs. 5,000/- for BPS-20 & 21) on specified HBL challan form, which will be auto-generated after completion of the online application form.
3. For the posts of Professor and Associate Professor only, two (02) sets of the dossier (hardcopy) of online application forms duly bound along with all required documents and a softcopy of the dossier in PDF format (in a form of CD or USB) are required to be sent at this address; Room # 114-A, Human Resource Management (Section-V), Admin Block, IIUI, H-10, Islamabad. 4. For the posts (BPS-17 to BPS-19) applicants are required to provide a CGPA to percentage conversion certificate where the percentage is not mentioned on the degree/transcript (for BS/BBA/BSc, MSc/MA & MS/MPhil degrees) issued by the concerned department of the degree awarding university.
5. Applicants for academic and non-academic positions (for BPS-07 to BPS-19) are required to upload clearly visible scanned copies of their testimonials and paid fee challan. No need to send/submit hard copies to the recruitment section.
6. Any incomplete application (incomplete documents) will not be considered.
7. Any misinformation provided by the candidate would render him/her ineligible for the induction.
8. The eligible candidates may be required to undergo a short-listing process before a written/professional test/demonstration/interview. Candidates already working in the Government sector are required to obtain NOC from their parent organization to place at IIUI before written/professional test/demonstration/interview.
9. Applicants lacking prescribed criteria and required qualifications on the closing date will not be entertained (required terminal degree must be completed on the closing date).
10. Foreign degree holders shall be required to submit equivalence of the degree from HEC.
11. Proof of valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council)/concerned regulatory body registration (engineering number) is mandatory for all engineering-related positions.
12. Applicants must apply ONLINE via the link www.hrm.iiu.edu.pk. The application must be submitted within 30 days of the publication of the advertisement (i.e., on or before September 20, 2022).
13. It will be mandatory for the candidates to produce original paid bank challan (system generated) at the time of the written/professional test/demonstration/interview.
